Article 2 — Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop of HYT Nutrition. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.

HYT Nutrition reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The version in effect is always the version applicable at the time of the order.

Article 3 — Offer and prices

All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

HYT Nutrition reserves the right to adjust prices and offers at any time. Orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.

Evident mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind HYT Nutrition.

Article 4 — Ordering process

An order is placed via the webshop. After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the confirmation email is sent.

HYT Nutrition reserves the right to refuse an order in case of serious indications of fraud or bad faith.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the webshop. Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.

In case of non-payment or late payment, HYT Nutrition reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 6 — Delivery

HYT Nutrition only delivers via online orders. Deliveries take place at the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time: The expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location and availability of the product.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of HYT Nutrition, such as delays with the transport partner or force majeure. HYT Nutrition is not liable for such delays.

In case of prolonged or unexpected delays, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 7 — Return and refund

HYT Nutrition has a limited return policy. Returns are only accepted if one or more products in the package are damaged or defective upon arrival.

In the event of a damaged product, the customer must contact within 48 hours of receipt via hello@hytnutrition.be, stating the order number and providing photos of the damage.

After assessing the report, HYT Nutrition will proceed with the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase amount, at the discretion of HYT Nutrition.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken. Opened supplements are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For products where the seal is intact, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting hello@hytnutrition.com within the withdrawal period.

Article 9 — Liability

HYT Nutrition is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage arising from the use of the products in violation of the recommended dosage or instructions for use.

Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The customer is responsible for the correct use of the products.

HYT Nutrition is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions of the webshop or damage arising from this.

Article 10 — Privacy and Data Protection

HYT Nutrition processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used solely for processing orders, communication with the customer and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the order or required by law.

The customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. For questions regarding privacy, the customer can contact via hello@hytnutrition.com.
